We are again holding our event at the beautiful Twin Waters Reort on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.  This year the dates are 3rd and 4th October.  To be sure of your participation please book as soon as you can as places are limited!

The conference gives delegates the chance to catch up on any innovations in IPL treatments from experts in the flield such as Trudy Fleming who has again kindly agreed to participate in the conference.

Many of you will already have met Trudy when you trained with her before you started your IPL business.   Trudy is an industry recognised and well respected, internationally qualified laser and IPL technician with more than 30 years experience in the industry.  She has trained in all modalities of advanced electrolysis, IPL and laser based hair removal systems in addition to photo-rejuvenation and vascular treatments.

Trudy is also a graduate of the Australian Defense Force and SUS medical laser safety programs, holds UK accredited laser and IPL qualifications as well as being a qualified teacher, workplace trainer and assessor.  Trudy will talk about all things IPL and answer any specific questions you have on IPL.

Jeannie Deveraux is famous throughout the beauty industry.  She has worked as a beauty therapist for 30 years but for the past ten she has worked primarily as an educator and brand manager for IPL, Laser, cosmetic injectibles and cosmetic skin care.    She has traveled the world attending and organising aesthetic medical conferences.  She is currently studying for a Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapy.

Danny Gumm has been involved in providing risk management and insurance solutions for the aesthetic industry for over 17 years and is the endorsed insurance advisor for the APAA and ACCS.  He has an extensive background in risk management and insurance with over 30 years experience in the industry.

Through his company PARMIA Insurance Danny has spent considerable time and effort over the past 15 years to obtain broad policy coverage specifically tailored for the professional beauty therapist.   Many "off the shelf" beauty therapist insurance policies automatically presume the coverage you need, offering coverage for services you do not need or missing elements that you do need.  Danny will clear up some issues for attendees on what insurance they need and where they can get it at the best price!

Sue Graham R.N, Dip.B.T, Surgical Nurse, Author and Injector Principal of GrayClay medical aesthetics education. Sue has worked alongside some of Australia's leading Plastic Surgeons and Cosmetic Physicians, both as a surgical nurse and heading up the clinic's Aesthetics department. She has assisted in the formulation, development and testing of in-house cosmaceuticals and laser technology. She has been honoured as an invited contributing author to the Cosmetic Physicians training text. She recieves regular requests and invitations from professional bodies to speek and is frequently sought after by her peers for advice.
Sue will introduce delegates to tattoo removal using NDYag Laser - an ever expanding sector of the cosmetic beauty sector.

Anna should be well known to all of you.   She is one of the key management members of Wear nothing and has worked tirelessly with the company for over two years.

Anna will be hosting the conference and leading discussions on:

1.  How can we better serve you - our customer

2.  How the new "bullet proof" warranty works and how to upgrade your contract as an existing customer.

She will also demonstrate how easy it is to fix your Spectrum IPL system by yourself if you have to!
