Wear Nothing are committed to training for IPL operators so we hold an event annually for safety and clinical updates.

The conference gives delegates the chance to catch up on any innovations in IPL treatments from experts in the field such as Trudy Fleming who has again kindly agreed to participate in the conference.

Many of you will already have met Trudy when you trained with her before you started your IPL business.   Trudy is an industry recognised and well respected, internationally qualified laser and IPL technician with more than 30 years experience in the industry.  She has trained in all modalities of advanced electrolysis, IPL and laser based hair removal systems in addition to photo-rejuvenation and vascular treatments.

Trudy is also a graduate of the Australian Defence Force and SUS medical laser safety programs, holds UK accredited laser and IPL qualifications as well as being a qualified teacher, workplace trainer and assessor.  Trudy will talk about all things IPL and answer any specific questions you have on IPL.

Bret Petersen founded the Unfair Advantage in 1997.  Bret has been in sales & marketing for over 30 years and has worked in Australia, New Zealand. The United Kingdom, Singapore and the USA.

Beauty is a small industry and often we have not learned the essential business skills that we need to make our business perform to its maximum potential.   We are sure that Bret can give us all some pointers as to how we can improve our sales and ultimately our profits.

James Hay is Managing Director of Wear Nothing Pty Ltd.  Hopefully most of you will know James personally by now and he requires very little by way of introduction.

James will be looking to find ways in which Wear Nothing can better serve you - its customer.   He has ideas on joint marketing strategies which will tie in with the presentations of Bret Peterson and will be holding discussions on this matter.

Wear Nothing can only improve its service if our customers give honest feedback on the performance of our company in terms of customer service and also our equipment.  We are constantly looking for ways in which we can improve our Spectrum range of IPL's and lasers and we are hoping that you can come up with some great suggestions !

Barry Englefield also needs little introduction to our customers.   Barry is an electronic guru and is heavily involved in the ongoing development of the Spectrum IPL and laser systems.   He also provides support to customers having technical difficulties.

Barry will be looking at suggestions for development from the technical perspective and will also give a talk on maintaining your IPL or laser system to give you optimal performance and maximum life expectancy.   He will give a presentation on maintaining your equipment and also take questions on any technical issues you may have.
